At Nutrixel, we take great care to ensure that every order is properly packed and reaches you in excellent condition. Since our products are consumable nutrition products, we maintain a strict return policy to protect product quality, safety, and hygiene.

7-Day Return Policy

We accept returns only for products that arrive damaged due to an issue during our packing or dispatch process.

To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
The product must have been received damaged, broken, leaking, or otherwise physically compromised.
You must provide your order number and clear photographs/videos showing the condition of the package and product.
We may request additional information or photographs to assess the damage.
The product should not have been used or consumed.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

Returns or refunds are not accepted for:

Change of mind or personal preference
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Products that have been opened or consumed
Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling
Claims made more than 7 days after delivery
Normal changes in product appearance, texture, or settling that do not indicate product damage

Please include your order number, photographs/videos of the damaged package and product, and a brief description of the issue.

Once the claim is reviewed and the damage is confirmed to be attributable to Nutrixel's packing or dispatch, we may provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the order. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or other payment service provider.

Important

Please inspect your package when it is delivered. If you notice visible damage or tampering, we recommend taking photographs/videos before opening the package and contacting us promptly.

Nutrixel reserves the right to review and verify all damage-related return claims before approving a replacement or refund.
