• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Remote and certain non-serviceable locations may require additional delivery time.

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs/videos of the package and products. We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
